Prof.Dr Lakshman Madurasinghe
Prof. Dr. Lakshman Madurasinghe is a visionary theologian, Attorney-at-Law, and clinical psychologist bridging the gap between clinical science and apostolic ministry. Holding an MSc in Clinical Psy from Brighton, a PhD in Clinical Psy from Azteca University NA, an LLD from American University, a D.Litt from Amity Florida, and a ThD from Cal Grad Sch USA, his rigorous academic background underpins his ecclesiastical leadership. With a tenure spanning the Academic Board of EDU Brussels to the founding of the International Inst of Theology (Arabian Gulf in 1990), he is the author of four books, the first Asian Watson Scholar of the Haggai Institute, and a founder of the Brain Technology & Neuroscience Centre. Today, he serves as the Int Chairman of Medicina Alma Ata-1962, Chair of the Judicial and Archbishops’ Councils for the Synod of the Global Apostolic Dioceses and Churches USA. In this role, he champions the integration of the e-Consciousness model—anchored in the alignment of Competence, Character, Commitment, and Consciousness—into global ecclesiastical leadership to foster true Pneumatological unity. Dr. Madurasinghe brings profound training in Comparative Religions.
