Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” - 1 John 2:1
The guilt of our past failures often acts as a paralyzing
agent in our spiritual lives. We carry the weight of our transgressions,
allowing the enemy to act as a prosecuting attorney who constantly reminds us
of our unworthiness. Human logic suggests that to be forgiven, we must somehow
earn our way back into good standing.
In the legal discipline, an advocate stands in the gap for
the accused. But the Gospel presents a radical shift in jurisprudence. When we
stand before the divine tribunal, Christ does not argue that we are innocent.
The evidence of our guilt is clear. Instead, our Advocate presents a binding
legal contract sealed in His own blood. He argues that the penalty has already
been executed in full. The case is dismissed—not because we are flawless, but
because justice has been satisfied.
When the accuser tries to paralyze your ministry with past
guilt, remember your legal standing in heaven.

Grasping the ironclad legal theology of justification and the New
Covenant.
- Character:
Living in gratitude, offering leniency and mediation to others as you have
received it.
- Commitment:
Pledging unyielding loyalty to the One who canceled your spiritual debt.
- Consciousness:
Entering the liberated state of knowing you are fully acquitted, free from
the paralysis of condemnation.
